It shows an overview of the age of all invoices or a single customer.
You can use the sort and filter features in Excel to sort by date or to view only a single customer’s invoices.
The due date of overdue invoices is highlighted in red.
Marking the status of an invoice as paid or closed will gray it out so you can easily see which invoices have not been paid.
If you mark an invoice as “draft,” the amount will not appear in the aging report.
